At Rockhill Creamery artisan cheeses are made with raw milk from the farm’s Brown Swiss cows, using traditional artisan techniques. Located in Richmond, 12 miles north of Logan, the farmstead is listed on the National Historic Register, and was honored at the 2007 Utah Heritage Foundation Awards for best adaptive use of an historic site. The farmstead is open for sales on Saturdays beginning Memorial Day weekend and running through Oct. 17. Concurrent with farmstead sales, Rockhill Creamery also hosts a farmers’ market. The “Harvest Market at Rockhill” features local produce, crafts and other items. You can also find Rockhill’s artisan cheeses at the Cache Valley Gardener’s Market, Crumb Brothers Artisan Bread and Gossner Foods in Logan. Tours of the farmstead are available Monday through Thursday by appointment only.
