SUMMARY:Silversmithing Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Come stop by and watch silversmiths at work! This Labor Day weekend at Evanston Cowboy Days\, the Bear River Heritage Area in partnership with the Wyoming Culture Conservation Corps\, is holding a workshop for local students to learn silversmithing. Around 15 students will learn from local silversmiths Samantha Krieger and Traci Beckstead. Visitors are welcome to walk in and watch the students as they work. Feel free to ask questions and learn about our future projects! \nThis project was supported in part by a grant from the Wyoming Cultural Trust Fund\, a program of the Department of State Parks and Cultural Resources.

SUMMARY:Trailing of the Sheep
DESCRIPTION:Come see an over 80-year-old event with Eph Jensen Livestock. Beginning at 8:00 am in Mantua\, the “Trailing of the Sheep” is an annual herding of over 2\,000 sheep to their winter range in Bear River City. Going down Sardine Canyon\, they usually arrive in Brigham City around 9:30 a.m. The sheep then travel on 6th East to 6th North and down to Watery Lane\, onto the highway through Corrine. Come on down and watch this unique experience!
